3. ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICES
Our concierge services are subject to medical screening. Our clinical staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone based on medical history, current health status, or if we believe the treatment may pose a risk to the individual.

4. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT
You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the service, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. We use secure third-party payment processors. IV Junkie does not store your full credit card information.

6. CONCIERGE SERVICE LOCATION
We provide mobile services in the Jacksonville, Florida area and surrounding regions as specified on our site. You must provide a safe and clean environment for our practitioners. We reserve the right to leave any location if the environment is deemed unsafe or unprofessional.

7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose. You shall not harass, threaten, or abuse our medical staff or employees. Violation of this provision will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of IV Junkie & Co., LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
